    What size of pan do you use?  Why is my cake so wet on top that if I touch its the top comes off with my fingers.  I place my filling on top instead because it is too wet and use the bottom of the cake as the top.  What am I doing wrong?

    Hi, in your buttercream frosting, you use raw flour. Can we eat raw flour ?
