    What happen to the Mexican chef that used to be in these videos? I like him better, it's hard to believe this flan is good because the announcer has an English accent ( the integrity and authenticity go right out the window).

    @cicada300 by using the condensed milk, he did not have to add extra sugar. Also the sweetness of the condensed milk is different than just using sugar. cream contains mor fat which helps to increase the flavour of pudding. but basically those are not necessary, you can just use only milk as well, but then you'll have to add some sugar 🙂
