    hello maam iam drinking black coffe 2 times a day one in moring empty stomach and 2nd in before going for workout in evening but the problem is my heart is buring and lungs to so what should i do?

    yes it is the best thing for weight loss, and very cheap , if you will drink it before going to gym or for exercise , surely it will reduce your fat ,
    because i use every day before going to gym , it will give you energy and 1 important thing don't take it before going to bed or 4 to 6 hours before going to bed , otherwise you will not sleep at your usual time .
