Forgive my ignorance, but what happens to the grounds? How does the coffee not need to be strained? Do the grounds just melt into the water? It looks delicious by the way!

Здравствуйте, скажите какие сорта кофе вы используете. Если я правильно понял, то вы используете 2 вида кофе и смешиваете их?

Thanks for the tips for making the Armenian coffee…I tried making it with our expesso coffee for our Cuban expresso maker which is a finely ground coffee (my husband is Cuban who really loves his coffee)…but it really tastes good done the Armenian way too…it was not as strong as the Cuban expresso so I can have a bigger cup of it…although I am Armenian we never drank Armenian coffee at home ….you are so right about the Russian chocolates they are excellent.🍵 Thank you.

Now I feel like an idiot: I went to a market, asked for Armenian coffee (dark), but the cashier asked if I wanted mixed light and dark. . .that's why.
