My first yield only had 17 berries. Can I process them and freeze them (before I grind them) so I can eventually get 1 whole cup of coffee from them or do I have to use them straight away?

Great video. I have a few trees in my yard. "Roasted" them outside on BBQ burner. It is messy!! Keep up the good work! Aloha from Hawaii. BTW, it was a buddy from Kona who showed me how to pan roast, so I'm sure no one from Kona was laughing

Thanks for this.  My tree is overloaded and much denser foliage, filled with spider webs!  Eks!  I am saving the skins in the initial process to dry and make into tea and also will try to make ice cream them.
